College Fair. Six US universities will visit Hanova on 3^rd December at 2:30pm in the Auditorium, for a College Fair focused on Summer Programs, often an excellent way for students to increase knowledge and prepare the application to selected international universities. The institutions are:

• Johns Hopkins University
• Boston University
• The George Washington University
• University of Colorado, Boulder
• University of Virginia
• Washington University in St. Louis

PYP News. Thank you to all parents for the great attendance at the Parent Teacher Conferences in November. Your presence and interaction shows the commitment to your children and to our school.

Teachers and students cordially invite all parents to our PYP Christmas Performance. Please book your reservation through the below link: https://jinshuju.net/f/W9U04T . Students will attend both performances and school buses will leave the school as usual on Wednesday 9^th December (3:40pm). On Thursday 10^th December students will stay in school until the end of the performance, thus they must be picked up by parents around 7:30pm.

First Hanova Christmas Market. Please come and bring friends to Hanova’s Christmas Market. It will be a great community event, with fun, food and activities, while also thinking of others, especially at this time of the year. All of the proceeds from this event will be donated to Elim Kids Orphanage in Xi’an. A big thank you already to all our teachers, parents and sponsors who have invested so much effort to organize this festive time together!

Information Sessions and Upcoming Events. As we approach the end of the Semester, we continue to hold regular sessions to communicate with parents and students. A brief reminder of the upcoming school information events:

• Library “Red Ribbon” activity, from 1^st to 4^th December

• Christmas Market on 5^th December
• MYP Parent Conference, scheduled for 9^th December
• PYP Christmas Concert, scheduled for 9^th and 10^th December
• On Thursday 10^th December, Hanova U16 Football and Basketball teams will be travelling to the Bo-Ai International School for our first of the season matches.
