Hanova’s Winter Concert 2023 - written by Mr Ferdinand Els, MYP Drama.  The Winter Concert, held on the 9th of December, was a magnificent culmination of artistic brilliance that resonated throughout Hanova. Involving the entire school, from our little Nursery elves to the accomplished Year 13s, the festive event showcased a delightful array of performances, including singing, music, and drama. Witnessing the diverse talents of our students, from the youngest to the most seasoned, was a heart-warming reminder of the richness within our school. The entire Hanova community came together in a brilliant celebration, marking not only the end of the year but also providing a spectacular conclusion to the semester.

The festive atmosphere that permeated the venue was a testament to the collaborative efforts of our whole community. Parents, teachers, students, and staff came together, creating a tapestry of celebration that echoed the unity and vibrancy that defines Hanova.

The Winter Concert not only marked the end of the year but also served as a brilliant crescendo to the semester. It was a momentous way to wrap up the chapter, leaving us with memories of joy, talent, and togetherness.

A special note of appreciation goes out to everyone involved in the preparation – the performers who dedicated time and effort to perfect their acts, the teachers who guided and nurtured the talents, and the behind-the-scenes crew who worked tirelessly to ensure every note, step, and scene unfolded seamlessly. Furthermore, a special thanks needs to go to Ms. Mindy and Ms. Sophia for ensuring that all our props and decorations made it to campus without delay or disruption.
