Parents and visitors may have noticed that most of the male staff members at Hanova have stopped shaving since the beginning of November. This is not because they all lost their razors! The goal of Movember is for staff members to be voted as having the best or worst facial hair. We started this fundraising activity last year to raise money for charity, and we hope to beat last year’s total of 850 RMB. During the last week of November (this week!), students will be given the chance to pay 1 RMB for each vote that they want to make to support teachers in their goal to have “Best Movember” or “Worst Movember.” Students can vote as many times as they want and the winning teacher will be announced at a special Movember Assembly on Friday, 29^th November.
