On Friday, 24th January, the Hanova community celebrated Chinese New Year together! The day began with a performance programme from 10-11:45. A variety of acts by Hanova students and community members provided a fun and cultural knowledge about our school’s host country. After the performances, our parents and staff contributed to a Chinese-themed shared lunch buffet from 11:45-1:00. Later, at 1:00, and running through until the end of the day at 3:30, our parents, staff, teachers and students participated in a variety of different activities related to Chinese New Year and Chinese culture planned for students of all ages. The activities included calligraphy workshops, running races, various crafts and much more!
