On 19-23 May 2015, Hanova’s secondary students (Years 6-9) traveled to Guilin and Luoyang, China. During the five day trip, they had the opportunity to experience Education Outside the Classroom (EOTC) in a city and countryside full of unique culture and beautiful landscapes. Each day was a new adventure as the students and teachers explored the famous Yangshuo mountains and caves, learned Taiqi techniques, hiked and climbed on the mountains, participated in team and character-building games and challenges, taught English to students at a local village Chinese school and much more…
